Jan & Bill Callanan started timing races in 1978 as volunteers with the Las Vegas Track Club. Besides timing the races, Bill Callanan is also a regional certifier for the USATF Road Running Technical Council. Bill has been measuring courses since 1977 and has certified every recognized certified course in Southern Nevada since that time.
